We will give a complete refund in the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions determined by the captain at the time of your Portland, Maine boat tour. Additionally, we can give you a refund if you cancel your trip with one week notice for a public cruise and two weeks notice for a private charter. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than one week before date of your public cruise, two weeks before your private charter, and there are no refunds if you miss your Portland Maine boat tour.
